Affectionately named "The guesthouse" this 1,500 square foot House features five bedrooms and three bathrooms.  It is well appointed with everything you need for your stay, including a full kitchen, plus a fieldstone fireplace for those chilly Fall and Winter evenings. Also included is a charcoal grill, picnic table and campfire ring, as well as a 12 foot boat for use throughout your stay.The guest house is made for big groups and accommodates up to 12 guests.  Rental rate is $1500/week or $250/day based on 6 person occupancy. We only accept weekly reservations for the summer season(June 1 to Sept 1) before April 1st.  Daily bookings are accepted after April 1st with a 3 night minimum. Additional guests are $10 per day.   

   Dogs welcome with additional pet fee.
